There are a number of ways you can order from EURO VIEW:

Our telephone receptionists will assist you to place orders for all materials in the catalogue. They will confirm prices, availability and advise you of any restrictions applicable to particular titles.

In the case of videos available for FREE LOAN or FREE TO KEEP your bookings or requests can be confirmed during your telephone call.

If you are paying the PURCHASE charges by credit card your order or booking request can also be confirmed during your telephone call.

If the charge for PURCHASE or HIRE requirement is in excess of £25 you will be asked to confirm your requirements by letter or fax (see below).

If the charge for your PURCHASE or HIRE requirement is less than £25, payment will normally be required before the material can be despatched unless credit card payment is possible. For security reasons credit cards details should not be sent by email.

You will be invoiced upon despatch of the video(s) and this invoice is due for payment strictly within 30 days.

Please quote your official order reference number and ensure that the prescribed purchasing procedures of your organisation are fully complied with when confirming your requirements. You will be invoiced upon despatch of the video(s) and this invoice is due for payment strictly within 30 days.
